Men’s Beauty & Health – the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly! 😎 + Giveaway!

Stache Man

I get so jealous that men don’t need to wear make-up or worry about curling their hair. My husband’s “Get Ready” routine is easy! A shower, brushes his teeth, irons his outfit, freshens up with a quick spray or two of cologne and finalizes with deodorant. I have been nagging at him to start moisturizing his face, as I can tell he’s getting wrinkles. Yet, he doesn’t care to because it’s not his thing. I remember a few years back, I mentioned if he’s even dropped by our Dr.’s office to get a physical (he seems to have selective hearing), it went in one ear – out of the other.

As much as I hassle him for him to start moisturizing, there is a far more important health check he needs to do. Check his balls!

Men’s Health – Testicular Cancer
The Good – It has the highest survival rate when caught early.
The Bad – One male is diagnosed with testicular cancer every hour.
The Ugly – It’s the most commonly diagnosed cancer among males ages 15-35.
