No Gym: Full Body Workout


It may not seem like much, but it’s a heck-of-a-workout! I also added a 12 lb. weight vest and a sauna suit, I was drenched by the time I finished this at home workout. Perfect for those who want “No-Gym” workouts, yet want something intense enough to bring out the sweat.

  • 30 Jumping Jacks
  • 20 Jump Squats
  • 20 Push-Ups
  • 15 Spidermans (each side)
  • 1 Min. Plank
  • 15 Plant to Push-Up
  • 20 Mountain Climbers
  • 12 Single Leg Froggers (each leg)
  • 15 Deadlift
  • 25 Reverse Crunch
