Is Herbalife a Scam? How do you make Money with Herbalife?

I get too many people, even family members who ask me the same question on the same topics.

Is Herbalife a scam?
Can you really make money with Herbalife?

I’m here to answer your questions honestly about this so-called “pyramid scheme” company. I’m not one of those crazed coaches who are promoting Herbalife to the fullest and saying you MUST join my team. No! Not here, because I know not everyone has time to dedicate towards their so-called “business”.  Yes, there are some dedicated coaches who have turned Herbalife into a business, that’s just not me. I have a full-time job, a family to support, educational goals to pursue. Lots going on and unfortunately I don’t get to socialize  all day and make new friends every single moment. To answer my most common question:

Herbalife is not a pyramid scheme and yes you CAN earn money.

It’s simple…
You get as much commission as you put in for work.

Basically, if you’re out there working to help people reach their weight loss goals and giving them the proper tools to help kick-start and boost their confidence, yes, you will be successful.

If you expect to become a coach, get an online coach site and expect orders to anonymously drop it, you will fail.

It’s just like any other sales job, if you’re representing your brand, believe in your product, know that it works and build your brand awareness, you will make lots of money with Herbalife. Of course, most people don’t have that motivation or time.

Within my first month as a coach, I was earning extra cash, literally made $400 just posting my workouts, shakes, food recipes on Instagram. I got lots of friends and family, and random out-of-state followers who wanted to join the movement. I was able to build a client base and follow-up with them, giving them the proper package or products that would help overcome their weight loss plateau.

Therefore, I didn’t make this $400 extra in a lump-some. I got a few orders here and there. I started with a 25% discount as a new coach, I sold my products at retail price and earned my commission $400 cash on hand every time I placed a new order.

For Example:
My Coach Price for Herbalife Shake : $28.46
Lucy ( my client) buys it through me at retail price: $37.95 (+tax/shipping)
Therefore, I profit: $9.49   for 1 shake

The one thing I like to explain to my Coaches is that Herbalife gives us a retail price for our products, we can offer our own promotions and specials. As a coach, I typically have specials every now and then for Free Products.

Buy 1 Quick Starter Kit
Get a Free Shaker Cup

What I like is, if you climb the coach ladder and get higher discounted rates as a coach, and you add coaches to your team, you make commission off  their purchases/sales. They’re like your partners, affiliates in promoting a healthy lifestyle and you can earn a few extra bucks.

If you have any questions, you’re welcome to drop them in the comment box and I’ll reply within a timely manner.
