Workout: Interval Cardio

Try this

Cardio:
-3 min walking (warm up)
-25 min HIIT
-30 sec sprint
-1 min walking
-30 sec sprint (increase incline)
-1 min walking
-30 sec sprint (increase incline)
-1 min walking
-30 sec sprint (increase incline)
-1 min walking
-30 sec sprint (increase incline)
-1 min walking
….repeat an additional 3-5x

I personally don’t like interval training, yet it works wonders. I’m considering a daily workout post. Maybe the workout routines that I do at the gym, and even some that don’t require gym equipment.
