Why do people gain weight with Herbalife?

diet-food-infographic-610x751   Many of my clients have wondered or questioned: Why do people gain weight with Herbalife? There are a few simple factors:

  • Not using products correctly or as directed
  • Having very little or no exercise
  • Binge eating for the “healthy” meal
  • Not consistent and dedicated

It’s simple, basically if you decide to purchase Herbalife and want to lose weight…you should be dedicated enough to have the discipline to workout and take the products as directed. Most Herbalife distributors will have you take 1 meal replacement shake for breakfast, a normal healthy lunch, then another shake for dinner. At times, they’ll fail to inform that you must eat two healthy snacks in between, you will also need to keep hydrated with water. It’s best to take your Tea with one of your snacks. Therefore, don’t go eat an unhealthy lunch because you are having two low-calorie meals and expect to drop weight. There’s so many people blaming this company for many things, when it comes down to  1 thing: clients control what they eat and if they exercise. These are tools that are given to you in assistance for your weight loss journey. Not to completely become your new meal for life. You’ll have to adapt to the new eating habits, lower caloric intake, more exercise, better meal and food selections.
