Mexican Street Corn on Cob

anejo2

Saint Anejo is pretty well known for it’s tasty & beautiful presentation of Mexican food! I have recreated their Mexican Street Corn on the Cob:

Ingredients
Corn on the Cob
Butter
Chives
Avocado Salsa
Lemon (optional)
Chili Powder
Mexican Crumble Cheese

Directions

  1. Grill the Corn
  2. Lightly spread butter
  3. Lightly spread Avocado Salsa
  4. Squeeze Lime juice onto corn (optional
  5. Sprinkle Chili Powder of your choice (optional)
  6. Sprinkle Mexican crumble cheese
  7. Sprinkle Chives

Enjoy a tasty appetizer or side dish. Typical Mexican vendors only place Butter, Mayo, Chili Powder and Cheese onto their street corns. It’s so yummy, you’ll want more! Sonny even loves these delish appetizers. You can also make it in a bowl with whole corn kernels.
