My Before and Currently Results with Herbalife Meal Replacement

Ok so here are my photo results since I’ve started using herbalife. September 1st, October 1st, and November 5th. I have been consistently taking my shakes once per day. Almost always for breakfast only. I used to consume fast food at least 3-4 times per week. CRAZY! Can you image how unhealthy I was feeling, throwing greasy food into my body. Don’t get me wrong, I still love cheeseburgers and fries, but now I’ve been teaching myself to portion control. Who wants to feel bloated and overweight, then guilty over eating a burger and fries? Not me!

This is my Instagram picture, you can follow me at Sonnysideup24, it’s my personal page which is open to the public. What’s the crazy thing about this? It’s only a 10 lb difference! I have recently not been able to drop more than what I already have, but with my pictures I can clearly see that my body is changing even at the current weight which isn’t changing much. Do not get discouraged simply because the scale doesn’t show changes.
