Healthy Meal

I’ve been trying to create new alternatives for my eating habits. Yesterday morning, I was in a rather…awesome mood. I got up, walked all three of my dogs, got ready for work and still had an hour to spare. Whipped together a quick and easy “healthy breakfast”.

Breakfast
1 Whole Avocado
2 Eggs with a dash of spices

Snack
Justin’s Hazelnut
1 Small Apple

Lunch
Chicken Salad

Dinner
Spaghetti

Workout
20 Min HIIT at home workout

I was so proud of myself, I had no soda, just water! I’m super excited to get my Herbalife 24 Rebuild Strength. I felt like I had much more energy and I didn’t feel bloated or heavy.
